Almost every year in Hong Kong, we competed in the Dragon Boat competition. A Dragon boat holds 20 rowers, a steersman, and a drummer, and looks a bit like a Whippet-Class Viking raider. The ones in Hong Kong are made out of teak and they're bloody awful heavy. Some years we did fine, some years we stank the place out. But we always had a good time. |
