The company’s Java/XML-based technology and products were brand-new, requiring innovative, uncomplicated ways to explain and market them. Provided services to the Engineering, Marketing, Executive, and HR groups to meet their internal and external communications requirements. Also served as an individual contributor in support of these groups, writing and editing a wide variety of technical and marketing materials.

Earlier, was a freelance theatrical director, stage manager, actor, and administrator, performing artistic and administrative duties including producing, directing, stage managing, and acting for a variety of regional, not-for-profit, and civic theatres. Also co-founded a regional theatre company, having primary responsibility for box office and subscription programs.

Collaborated with HR and external subject matter experts to develop the innovative “Wellbeing Roadmap” suite of workforce programs. Directly supported the business unit’s president and senior leadership in communications and publications across all regions.
